Established in 1960, the practice has grown steadily offering a combination of good design and professional service. The multi-disciplined office uses the latest technology to produce the best possible design solutions for each project without preconceived ideas, thus maintaining the individuality of each building. Close involvement and co-operation with clients in finalising a comprehensive brief, ensures both successful evolution from design to completion as well as its success as a functioning building.
The practice has been situated in Oakham, Rutland, for over forty years. This central location makes it easy for us to carry out many building projects nationwide. Clients include national and international companies, health authorities, local government, housing associations, banks, religious and recreational groups along with many private individuals. The Practice has won numerous awards.
Whilst acknowledging the essential issues of long life, low maintenance and running costs through energy efficient considerations, our philosophy has always been to produce good looking buildings on time and within cost limits. All of this achieved without compromising the three fundamental principles of good architecture: Commodity, Firmness and Delight.
